This job is built on a brownfield site that previously had a house on it. However, the house was demolished leaving a large area of unused wasteland that had been untouched for years. Working alongside Absolute workspace, we’re redeveloping this area into a 3-storey block of flats.

For this project, this is a non-voided raft foundation, piled using the CFA method.
