We are excited to announce that we have entered into contract with Frankham Mews Ltd to deliver this 29 unit scheme compramising of: Redevelopment of the site to provide a pedestrian/cycle mews link connecting Crawley Road to Downhills Way, with residential development to the North and South of the mews comprising of 17 apartments, 7 of which are being returned to the London Brough of Haringey for much needed affordable housing. The remaining 12 are going to be 3 storey terraced houses. With associated landscaping, cycle storage, car parking, and external lighting.

This project involved us designing and planning the construction of two large slabs as seen in the photographs. These slabs were designed to support 29 units going on top of them.
