Mike has many years of experience in building and designing all types of foundations. He started off his career underpinning, gaining 20 years of experience. Then moved onto working on the piled foundation system, this is what we offer today. In 2018, Mike decided to start Design and Build Foundations, where he has perfected the piled raft foundation system.

Mark has worked in the foundation market for over thirty years bringing over his experience with differing knowledge of piling equipment & small plant. Mark has great practical experience in the foundation market & has brought over his expertise in expanding the company. Mark has followed Mike with previous companies, so their combined experience has been a major asset.

With over 35 years experience in account management, purchasing, office administration and customer service. Jo has worked within various industries including construction, aerospace and manufacturing.

Stephanie is our administrative assistant with over 20 years’ experience.
Working within all the intricacies of the daily running of the office, including general accounts, invoicing and all enquiries for Design & Build Foundations.

Josh joined Design & Build in October 2022. He has a range of roles which include; assisting in estimating, tendering and learning how to run day to day contracts on site. He is also on a level 3 BTEC course studying Construction in the built environment.

Simon is a chartered engineer that is part of the institute of structural engineers. He works with us designing foundations and has worked with Mike for over 20 years.
